Retirement Notice

Dear Patients and Colleagues!

I wish to inform you that I have retired and my clinical dermatology practice is permanently closed as of May 31, 2021 in both the Toronto and Cobourg offices. If you require a dermatology consultation you have to request a referral for a new dermatologist from your family physician or a walk-in clinic physician.

To my patients, I have been truly privileged to attend to all your medical needs throughout my 49 years in practice and have enjoyed the professional relationships as well as the friendships. For me, this has been an extremely satisfying, rewarding and interesting career and I have truly enjoyed meeting many colleagues who have become friends and from whom I will continue to keep learning about the intricacies of dermatology.

All my medical records will be stored through Docudavit Solutions who are authorized to confidentially store patient charts for the next 10 years as well as transfer copies of them at a charge. After 10 years, the records will then be destroyed.

Due to covid-19, this past year and half has been a most trying and challenging one both for patients and attending physicians. So I know with everyone vaccinated the coming years will be great and this will just be a distant memory.
